This week's video is a little less kids fitness than usual. By less, I mean pretty much none, unless you count hiking with my dad... which I think you should. I was also able to squeez in a quick trip to Muscle Beach where I watched bodybuilders do some pretty insane tricks. The mustache survived for less than 24 hours, but at the aiport I waited in line next to a celebrity and he had nothing bad to say about it, a big win in my book. Watch the video to see it all. Back to New York City and regular kids fitness stuff next week, all in preparation for my big fitness road trip at the end of April!
